Biographie

Antonin is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at HEC Paris.

His research focuses on economic growth and innovation, with particular attention to the long-term drivers of GDP growth, firm heterogeneity, the creation and diffusion of innovation, and productivity dynamics.

He is also affiliated with CEPR and the Centre for Economic Performance (CEP) at LSE, serves as a member of the French Council of Economic Analysis (CAE), and founded the Laboratoire de l’Innovation et du Futur du Travail (LIFT).

A graduate of École Polytechnique, Antonin earned his PhD from the Paris School of Economics in 2018. Before joining HEC Paris, he worked as a research economist at the Banque de France. In 2024, he received the Prix du meilleur jeune économiste, awarded by Le Cercle des économistes and Le Monde.
