Biography

Florian is a research assistant to Prof. Philippe Aghion at the Collège de France.

His research interests lie at the intersection of technological change and international trade, with a particular interest in how openness reshapes governments’ industrial policy choices. At the Farhi Innovation Lab, he has worked on the effects of public support for innovation, using a natural experiment from a large-scale French investment program.

He graduated in public policy from Sciences Po and in economics from the Paris School of Economics.
