Biography
Enrichetta is an applied labor economist and postdoctoral researcher at the Farhi Innovation Lab, Collège de France.
Her research lies at the intersection of labor economics and industrial organization, using French administrative data and quasi-experimental designs to study how firms adjust labor demand in response to structural changes, such as the rise of non-standard forms of work.
She obtained her PhD in Economics from the Paris School of Economics in 2025.
