Biography

Clément Malgouyres is a CNRS Research Fellow in economics at CREST. He is also affiliated with the Institut des politiques publiques, where he works on firms and public policies, and is a Research Fellow at CEPR in public and labor economics.

His research interests lie in public, labor, and international economics, with a particular focus on the role of firms in the economy. His work examines how public policy and international competition shape firms’ behavior, employment, and local economic outcomes.
