Biographie

Paul is a PhD student in economics at the Paris School of Economics, affiliated with the Farhi Innovation Lab at the Collège de France. He is also an economist at the Direction Générale des Entreprises (DGE), where he works on artificial intelligence policy.

His research explores the relationship between artificial intelligence and competition, studying both how AI changes competitive dynamics across firms and how competition shapes the market for AI technologies.

A former student of Mines Paris, Paul graduated in mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
