Emma Bursztejn

Emma Bursztejn is a Law and Econ scholar at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and affiliated with the College de France. Her research focuses on a comparative study of the incidence of climate change on competition law in the United States and the European Union. Emma has undertaken two research fellowships, one in 2023, at Princeton University’s Center for Policy Research on Energy and the Environment, and one in 2024 at the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia University.

Her work and academic mobility were recognized in 2024 with the Columbia Alliance Grant for Doctoral Mobility.
